Dr Wilson Onyeka was a Forensic Medical Examiner for the UK’s largest Police service, the Metropolitan Police from 2007 to 2023. He is currently a Principal General Practitioner and the lead clinician in his specialist areas of interests, the management of high blood pressure and Diabetes in a South London General Practice of over 10,000 patients. He is a South East London Primary Care Network Clinical director, responsible for over 55, 000 patients and additionally a member of Southwark, London Local Medical Committee.

Health promotion passion:

Dr Wilson Onyeka co-founded Nnewi Advancement Charity UK in 2003 and remains the Chair of Board of Trustees since its inception to date. This organisation set up a Health Centre in 2007 at Nnewi, employing a Doctor and Nurses to treat the local indigent compatriots entirely free of charge from Monday to Saturday. This health centre is currently located at a facility he helped to build and commission on 4th January 2020. It has so far
treated several thousands of patients.

Philanthropy

Dr Wilson Onyeka has over the years, sponsored many indigent home students up to university degree level and currently has many indigent students at school through his scholarship programme. Dr Wilson Onyeka is an ardent financial benefactor and supporter of the missions of the Nigerian Anglican and Catholic chaplaincy in
the UK. Dr Wilson Onyeka was invested into an Anglican Knight order of St Christopher 13th February 2022. He is happy and proud to be involved in the unique, bold, optimistic, philanthropic and patriotic project of Pinnacle Consultant Hospital and Clinic in Ojoto, Anambra State
