He is a physician director, emergency medical services for the state of Alabama, in charge of all prehospital care in his region as well as in hospital emergency medical care. In this role he supervises all the paramedics and ambulances off-line and online to deliver the life saving prehospital emergency care to all patients. He practices emergency medicine, internal medicine, nephrology, and solid organ transplantation medicine in multiple hospitals in multiple states, as well as in international consultations.

He is a biochemist with graduate studies in forensic chemistry. He is also a motivational speaker with emphasis on the impact of the metaphysical world on our daily lives. He is the founder and President of Omega specialist hospital and dialysis center Nnewi, Tochukwu Express Nig Ltd, YesWecan oil and gas Nig Ltd ,and holdings in real estate . He is a philanthropist in the spirit of good samaritan, modeling his charity work after Chief J.C.Oguchi whose scholarship played a major role in molding him into who he has become. His completed his double fellowship in nephrology as well as solid organ transplantation medicine in kidney and pancreas. He was the coordinator of Tulane University Hutchinson nephrology clinic as well as medical director. Scholarship has produced younger doctors, teachers, administrators and more.
