In Canada, I earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of British Columbia and a Doctorate in Law from McGill University, subsequently becoming a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In the United States, I qualiﬁed as an Attorney & Notary Public and later earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing. I am a Registered Nurse, licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. I also serve as a Clinical Professor of Environmental and Occupational Public Health at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Prof. Chinwe Okonkwo is the chief executive of icer of Maria Regina Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, El Dorado, Kansas. She is a clinical faculty member at KCOM School of Medicine in Wichita, Kansas, where she serves as the dean of obstetrics and gynecology and core site director. Prof. Okonkwo is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She serves as the President of the Medical Staﬀ and the Medical Executive Committee at Susan B. Allen Hospital in El Dorado, Kansas. She hopes to provide telemedical obstetrics and gynecology consults to Pinnacle Hospital when it becomes operational.
